The explanation of the name Agamysh follows. Agáta is our little grey mouse, so therefore Aga + Mysh (which actually means mouse in Czech, but spelled differently (myš). But to make it legible in English, which does not use the hooks above the letters, I changed the š into sh).
I did not want to give a local name, because I am hoping for us to move in the future to some house where it would be possible to expand the pack of hounds.
